Listed in the following disclaimer are the main categories of data which the Academy/Trust may hold/process, the main purpose(s) for holding/processing such data, the possible disclosures of such data and the likely sources of such data.
In addition to having a benchmarked legitimate basis for processing data, the Academy/Trust has an additional duty to process that data fairly and securely as set out by the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR of May 2018.

• Communication in relation to your child's progress and behaviour at school
• To allow us to contact you in event of your child becoming ill or suffering an accident
Main Sources of data are pupil data forms which are completed when the child is enrolled at the school.
Disclosures:
Parent / Carer data may be shared with other professional bodies that are involved in the education or care of your child
such as social workers, medical professionals, the Department for Education and the local authority.
We will not give information about parents or carers to anyone without relevant consent unless the law and our
policies require us to do so.
