Maltby Hilltop School is considering subscribing to ParentPay and would like to know Parent/Carers views.

ParentPay is an online payment system for schools. It is a software company which manages a web application which allows parents to make secure online payments by credit and debit card or to pay cash at local stores through the PayPoint network.

ParentPay created the market for cashless payments in schools and is now firmly established as the UK market leader for online parent payments and income management for schools. ParentPay now provide services to over 2,000 schools across
165 local authorities. The use of cheques is being significantly reduced. ParentPay offers a choice of payment options that are convenient and safe for parents and pupils.

Providing accurate data wherever you are

ParentPay makes cashless payments to schools easy and delivers real-time data to our users wherever they are based, using
a standard internet browser.

A safer environment for everyone

Making payments by ParentPay means that there is no need for your child to carry money into school.
If you are not able to pay online using ParentPay then PayPoint cash collection might be suitable for you.
You will be able to make payments for dinner money and other school payments via PayPoint.
There are nearly 22,000 terminals across the UK located in newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets, garages
and off-licences near to you.
Look out for any store displaying the yellow and purple PayPoint sign.

Any PayPoint payments are automatically credited to your child’s account in school.  You can request a school PayPoint Card and make payments for school trips with barcoded letters issued by the school.

There are many schools in Rotherham already using ParentPay. The ParentPay system allows you to add children to the same account even if they attend different schools. The ParentPay system is very easy to use – just like shopping online.
There is help and tutorials on-line and additional support and tuition can be provide for any users.

If you are not familiar with the system please go to the link below to see a demonstration.
