Dear Parents/Carers,

As spoken about recently in your child’s interim meeting/ PCR we encourage you to start looking at
Post 19 provision if you haven’t done so already.
It is worth having a look at all local provision as well as specialist provision that is out of area (even if you have ruled this out) as it is always a positive step to say you have visited even if you think it might not be suitable for your child.
Colleges are regularly updating offers.
This gives vital evidence when it goes to panel for agreement as you can state reasons for and against different provisions.

Currently local colleges are holding open days this term which we would encourage you to attend independently if possible:

RCAT TOWN CENTRE CAMPUS
18TH NOVEMBER 10.30am-12.30pm / 22nd NOVEMBER 3.30-6.30pm

DEARNE VALLEY CAMPUS
8TH NOVEMBER 3.30-6.30PM

NORTH NOTTS CAMPUS
8TH NOVEMBER 3.30-6.30PM

Post 19 Provision Aimed At Y13 & Y14

We have arranged visits to specialist provision within school time throughout this term.
If you would like to attend any of the arranged sessions listed below please let us know.
We will be taking our mini bus with students and have limited spaces, if you are unable to make your
own way there to meet up please contact us to see if we have space on the bus.

We will aim to leave school for 9.45am on the day.
