We believe that this is an essential way to contact you regarding school events and also in the case of emergencies e.g. school closure due to bad weather.
The service is provided by Primary Contact and in order to use the text based system, we have to
share your mobile number with this company.
The service level agreement we have with this company ensure that they adhere to the
Data Protection Act (1988).
By submitting and using the School provided text based system you are giving explicit consent to use
the number provided and share this with the solutions provider.
If at any point you would like your number to be removed from the text based system please
inform us in writing with a letter addressed to the Head Teacher or email us at hilltopschool@nexusmat.org
